Hi, I'm Andrea. I'm glad you're here.
I'm an entrepreneur, risk advisor, and speaker obsessed with systems — and with what happens when growth outpaces the systems supporting it.
For most of my career, I've worked in the spaces where people, business, legal, and operational risk collide, helping organizations make sense of what is exposed, what needs to be built, and what happens next.
I founded DOMENICA in 2022 to help growing organizations build the infrastructure they need to operate with more clarity and confidence. My work has taken me through HR, workforce strategy, compliance, risk management, acquisitions, startups, and organizational growth across industries including healthcare, technology, telecommunications, agriculture, government, and more — and across organizations at very different stages and sizes.
But the questions I keep coming back to are bigger than any one function:
— How do you build something that can actually support growth?
— How do you make good decisions before a problem forces you to?
— And how do you build a business, career, or organization that creates more freedom rather than more complexity?
I believe good infrastructure should create freedom, not dependence. That idea shapes how I advise organizations, how I think about leadership, how I speak, and how I'm building my own business.

I've spent years learning how to build systems that allow organizations to grow. Now I'm interested in applying some of those same principles to my own life.
In 2027, I'll be taking my work abroad — continuing to advise, speak, and build while living around the world.
For me, entrepreneurship has never been only about building a bigger business. It's about building a business that creates room for the life you want.
I speak about the messy middle of growth.
The point where the business is moving faster than the infrastructure. The point where the founder can no longer be the system. The point where "we'll figure it out later" starts becoming expensive. And the point where building something sustainable requires more than simply working harder.
I bring a practical, real-world perspective to conversations about growth, leadership, risk, people, AI, and entrepreneurship — grounded in the experience of actually building and advising organizations, not just studying them.
